The Fayetteville Police Department is investigating a rape that was reported in the Montclair neighborhood on 7/6/2010 at 1:52am. A woman reported that a man forced open the door to her home and raped her.  No description of the suspect has been determined yet but detectives are continuing with the investigation. At this point, detectives do not know if this case is related to similar incidents that occurred in late 2009 or early 2010. If you have information about this incident, please call 433-1856 or 483-TIPS to report.
